The greatest weakness identified by all participants from 12666 organizations worldwide is in managing change: 62% think that the inability to manage change or to overcome internal resistance to change is a genuine problem within their organization according to Palladium Group’s Global State of Strategy and Leadership Survey Report
Chief Executive magazine reported that more than 60% of leaders say their organizations have failed to invest at the required level to build strategic talent in support of long-term growth, and more than 70 percent of leaders report struggling to develop strategic leaders within their organizations.
