Karla Martin has over 20 years of experience as a strategist and business advisor with a successful track record of helping CEOs on their most significant strategic and operational issues. She is a published expert on Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness and Complexity reduction. Karla recently served as Director, Global Business Strategy and Strategic in which role she was charged with: leading the global strategy function for Google’s Global Business Organization, driving strategy innovation, long term strategic planning, and management and coordination of cross functional business-wide initiatives. She also provided insight and analysis to the senior leadership (C-Suite) and managed stakeholder relationships with business owners globally. Prior to Google, Karla was a partner with Booz & Company. Karla is a member of the Boards of Onor.net, Indoor Atlas, RocksBox, 3VR Technologies, and ChallengedApp.com. She has an AB with honors in Sociology and Economics from Harvard University and a JD with honors from Harvard Law School.
